Sessions may involve a variety of techniques including games, drawing, sand, puppets, puzzles, books & Lego.

FREE 30 Minute Initial Chat

I offer a free 30 minute initial chat. 

This allows us to introduce ourselves.  I can also get an idea of the type of support you're looking for and you can see whether or not you would like to work with me.

Group Coaching Sessions

An opportunity to explore common challenges, such as coping with change, friendship issues and building trust.

1:1 Coaching Session

A safe space to support the management of challenges such as anxiety and the development of emotional intelligence.

40 to 50 mins (depending on age):
from £40.  Courses of sessions also available.

Wellbeing Workshop/School Club

A fun way to explore proactive and preventative actions to boost and maintain emotional wellbeing.
